Unfavorable Foreign Exchange Rate fluctuations and trends in the EURO, USD and CAD currencies (10%+);</FONT></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3>2.
